I think you either know food or you don’t! It’s natural or forced. Everyone has family recipes they can do – but when you start cooking professionally, it’s a whole new ball game! My recipes and style are rustique – solid. My cookbook will be easy to use and I hope we’ve covered some of your favorites of my signature dishes.
I’m a lazy cook. The most bang for the least effort. Keep it simple stupid! The process makes the procedure easy to follow over and over again.
Through out the cookbook, for your enjoyment, I have reflected on some of the passages from my articles “The Bounty From the Banks” that were published in the North Beach Sun in the 1990’s. They are not the full articles, but are highlights of the Bounty of nature of the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
